"Alt + Shift" and "Drag & Drop" fail to produce button action links. Mouse operations in other applications work correctly.

Window 10 Home, 64 bit, Intel Core 2 CPU 6400 @ 2.13GHZ, 6GB Ram.
Removed all previous mouse drivers and I am using a generic 2 button mouse with scroll wheel. I tested the "alt" and "shift" keys with another application (Wordperfect) and the app responded correctly to both keys.
