trying to learn some RF

Hi all

I have some 433 RF sockets. I've just bought a powermid in the hopes that it can convert the RF into IR and then I can learn the IR with pronto and send it out as RF.

it's not working.

the powermid is sending IR when I press the socket remote, so it's receiving the RF. Pronto learns the IR, but then when I play back the IR as RF from the pronto it doesn't work.

is there some magic I should be doing or am I SOL?
